You Can’t Take It With You

Review by Ann Flagg

Good pace and fine comedy timing marked the Teen Company performances of Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman’s You Can’t Take It With You on November 1st and 2nd, 2002. The cast of zany characters in the Sycamore house entertained us along with delivering a timeless message of what is most important in life; love and acceptance of family and friends. One audience member said, “It was just what I needed. I got a couple of dozen good laughs and it really picked me up.”

Three performances played to many enthusiastic patrons. Before and after the play, the audience enjoyed strolling among several displays of CTW history set up around the theater.

Thank you for all the time and work put in by the teens and adults who made this show happen.
